My Approach
My approach is to take time to deeply listen and to understand what is going on in your life and the contributing factors that bought you to this place - particularly taking notice of different feelings coming up and what might be the
underlying thoughts that are causing distress or discomfort. Often we discover that those underlying thoughts and feelings, although they appear to be negative, can actually reveal some really beautiful and awesome things about
you and your core values - I like to take time to explore that.
In working with negative thoughts and feelings there are many methods to identify tangled thinking
and replace them with true, healthy, realistic thoughts ... positively influencing your feelings and actions.
I enjoy working collaboratively to discover which methods are the most effective for my client’s personal and
individual needs. Learning to use effective methods can enable you to
move from where you are presently to where you want to be.
If that sounds like something that you’re interested in exploring, please feel free to reach out and
take the next step by booking a discovery appointment and we can have a chat.
